You’ve completed the Universal Housing Grants Application or read through the Introduction to Housing Grants section, and you’re ready for a pre-approval that includes a primary mortgage and housing grant. This section will take you through basic mortgage requirements. At this point you should also be in contact with Housing Nonprofit and working with one of our HUD Certified Housing Counselors.
